Job Description Primary Responsibilities and Duties • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. • Create consistent and meaningful content on all social media platforms including writing and editing social media post, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. • Continuously improve campaigns by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance. • Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner. • Handle social media ads boosting and reporting. • Make recommendations to boost organic social media ads. • Assist in other social media related tasks to help achieve the team’s goals.
Job Qualifications Skill and Characteristics
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related courses.
• Must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
• Must have at least 1 year of work experience in social media and/or digital marketing
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently (both oral and written)
• Has a keen eye for detail; Capable of proofreading documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Has basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
• Understands various computer software programs and CRMs.
• Blog content writing experience is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible schedule
